Benjamin Salvatore Campagna

You are our client, not a case number.

Benjamin Campagna is a multi-faceted legal professional, balancing an active career as both a Legal Studies teacher and an Attorney at TX Attorney Group. Despite his teaching commitments, Ben provides timely and dedicated legal services for his clients.

Ben graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Linguistics. His passion for law led him back to his alma mater, where he obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011. Ben is a member of the Texas Bar and is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas and to federal courts in the Southern District of Texas.

Beyond his law practice, Ben is an experienced educator certified by the Texas Education Agency. His contribution to the field of education was recognized when he won the Houston Urban Debate League Coach of the Year for the 2020-2021 school year.

Ben's legal practice primarily focuses on estate planning, business organizations, contracts, and personal injury. His unique background in education and law allows him to bring a rich, multi-disciplinary perspective to both his teaching and legal practice.

On a personal note, Ben is a family man, happily married since 2012 and the proud father of three children. In his spare time, he enjoys fantasy baseball, trading cards, and board games, which offer him a much-needed break from his professional commitments.  Prior to moving to Houston, Ben was the secretary of the Tom Green County Young Lawyers Association, a board member of the San Angelo Downtown Kiwanis, and the legal counsel and district committee chair of the Concho Valley District of the Texas Southwest Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
